| 职位描述： |
Scope of responsibilities/expectations
· Cidate will join lead the Engineering Program Management (EPM) team that manages software, hardware projects products. The EPM is a dedicated team within Product Engineering department which provides all engineering functionalities along with the software department for HMT.
· Must have strong software /or hardware PM skills, PMP certified a plus.
· Must have the ability to lead/influence multiple highly experienced engineering teams EPMs.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must.
· Ability to work across mutiple functional teams including engineering product marketing.
· Must be flexible in work schedule to cope with activities which may occur during various hours of a day.
· Must be able to hle ambiguity be comfortable in a fluid fast changing work environment be comfortable hling multiple projects at one time.
· The proven ability to lead manage a dedicated EPM team is a must.
· Must be able to lead key projects/programs.
Specific Knowledge/skills:
· Prior multi-year engineering project management experience.
· Strong software/hardware PM skills.
· Experience with project management tools techniques.
· People management skills.
· Computer science or electrical/electronics engineering background.
· Teamplayer.
· Fluent in Chinese English (writing speaking).
Education Experiences:
· Bachelor or Master degree of computer, telecommunication or related.
· 8+ years of engineering project management experience. Experience in product development /or settop box products.
